I really loved my stay! The Superior Double View Room was stylish and spacious, with a lovely balcony and huge bathtub for relaxing after a long day—totally enjoyed it! My only downside was the parking, it was kinda tricky to navigate at first. Would definitely stay here again!

We had all of Andorra la Vella and surrounding area within easy reach without the need for a car. beds are super comfortable. attention of the staff is very good and they make everything easier for you.
we entered the hotel, he was still a member of the Hesperia group. We do not know the quality of the NH free breakfast buffet, when we went to have breakfast it seemed very expensive (18 euros per person) for the quality it had. However, glass of milk, coffee with milk, four small croissants and a glass of orange juice (in my opinion, aguachirli), cost us 8. 90 between two people. We also didn't like that the parking lot was not directly accessible from the hotel, since it is an external public one, price seemed very expensive to us in comparison with other stays we have been in, for the space in the parking lot (almost 20 euros a day). quality of the wi-fi being Hesperia was bad, it improved when it was called NH. For a 4* hotel, rooms are not very soundproofed and it does not have a welcome detail like other hotels of the same category. Besides, for lunch and dinner you depend completely on the outside, since it has no restaurant service or room service.

location is good and intermediate between the historical quarter and shopping quarter. staff was very kind in their attention to overcome the inconvenience generated by not locating the access to the parking lot when arriving at the hotel and explain the need to move to a nearby hotel to have breakfast because that sector of the hotel is under remodeling. buffet breakfast was very complete, although the coffee should improve. Comfortable bed.
I would have liked to receive instructions on how to enter the parking lot before arriving at the hotel, since the entrance to the parking lot is complicated by the fact that the main entrance is located after the access to the parking lot on a very busy avenue. The hotel was recently acquired by NH and is being remodeled for its modernization which will surely be very good for future guests (the state of the upholstery of the armchairs in our room denoted the use and passage of time).

Probably my review will be objective, if to note that we have lived here one night, packed things in the morning and left, so it is impossible to give a full assessment... There are no breakfasts in the hotel, there is a buffet around the corner, where for 10-12 euros per person can be tasty to eat. Room is large. clean, clean venue,
Probably not a hotel, discomfort would be obvious to anyone who drives a car there... It's impossible to park at a hotel... There's no interchanges, one-way streets, no parking pockets... I did it using the fact that we arrived at night, I stuck myself in the parking lot exit under a brick... We were looking for a hotel at 12:00 a. m. after driving 250 miles through a serpentine in the pouring rain. Navigation was confused by endless multi-level junctions, with grief in half the hotel was found within half an hour round the city. What was my "pleasant" surprise when I asked them where their car park was. they gave me an A4 with a map of the way to the car park :), adventure lasted another 20 minutes while we were circling around looking for the parking lot. In general... main dissatisfaction - poor navigation around the country as a whole, lack of parking pockets at the hotel and to the parking lot in general,

We upgraded for an extra 20 euros to a room with a balcony and a free minibar. Excellent value and stunning views. Buffet style breakfast was good and lasted till 11am (Saturday).
The first room, before we upgraded, had a view of a brick wall.

Very new and top quality hotel - big room with flatscreen tv, excellent bathroom, located right in the middle of a big shopping street.
We never managed to find the hotels own garage on the small, curly streets of Andorra, but instead had to park a bit away in a public garage.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room with my family. The location is perfect, right in the center. The double-glazed windows kept the noise down from the street. Our bathroom was huge with nice toiletries, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. Definitely a solid choice!

Part of the nh group of Hotels, the room was immaculate. It was like I was on a business trip. Comfortable with all the trappings needed for business travellers. The staff was professional and courteous. I had the room on an off-season price and took full advantage.

Excellent location (in the center of town). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was good for this kind of hotel.
The parking was very expensive (19 euros).

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness, especially Magda at the reception. Rooms are impressively spacious, with fine views and modern bathrooms with excellent toiletries. Noise from the bustling street outside could be bothersome, and the breakfast, while good, is relatively standard. Parking was challenging to navigate and could benefit from clearer directions.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide array of food and hot drinks. Location: the hotel was so close to the centre for shops, buses to-and-from Barcelona and Andorra La Vella.

Excellent location, good service. Parking was really overpriced almost 20€ nearby building. Wi-Fi was very weak signal, cannot use for any work (tested with 2 new netbooks). It works better in reception area, alltought slowly. Breakfast was good, value for money, but nothing green at all. They prepare for everyone warm plates by order in 1 minute! Really good system :) & friendly service!! Thanx!
- Really to high price for Parking. - really bad Wi-fi connection in our room
